About the Restaurant
Where does Isa’s Bistro get its ingredients?
Isa’s Bistro uses local ingredients from the bountiful seasonal harvest of Western North Carolina. Our meats are selected from local farms such as Brasstown Beef and Hickory Nut Gap Farm.
